How do I use filters and sorting?
Ran a search and now you've got dozens of flight + stay packages in front of you? Great. With filters and sorting you keep only what suits you and land on the right package in seconds.
Where do I find the filters?
- On a computer: filters sit in the column to the left of the results, and sorting is in the tabs right above the list.
- On mobile: tap Filters or Sorting in the bar that stays on screen as you scroll. A small dot on the button reminds you that you have filters on, or a sort other than the default.
Each filter group opens and closes with the arrow next to its title.
The filters, one by one
Near the metro
Keep only stays close to a metro station. Shows up for destinations that have a metro.
Airport
If the destination has more than one airport (e.g. London, Milan, Paris), choose which one you want to land at and fly home from. You can tick more than one.
Stars
Pick a property category, from 1 to 5 stars. Other categories shows stays without an official rating, like many apartments. Tick more than one and you see them all together (e.g. 4 and 5 stars).
Rating
See only stays with a guest rating of 6+, 7+, 8+ or 9+. If you tick more than one, the strictest applies.
Distance from center
Choose how far from the centre you're happy to stay: up to 2, 4, 6, 8 or 10 km. If you tick more than one, the shortest distance applies.
Travel times
Pick when you want your flight to leave, separately for the outbound and the inbound flight:
- Night: 00:00 to 05:59
- Morning: 06:00 to 11:59
- Afternoon: 12:00 to 16:59
- Evening: 17:00 to 23:59
The filter looks at the flight's take-off time. If you tick two slots, say morning and evening, we show you everything in between, so afternoon too.
Tip: want an extra day at your destination? Pick morning for the outbound and evening for the inbound.
Airline
Tick the airlines you prefer. The filter applies to both flights, out and back.
Accommodation name
Already know where you want to stay? Type the name of the stay in the box and you'll find it straight away.
How do filters combine?
You can stack as many filters as you like. For example, 4 stars + rating 8+ + up to 2 km from the centre + morning departure shows only packages that match all of them at once.
Some filters only appear when they make sense for your destination (e.g. airport only when there are several). You'll also only see options that exist in your results, so you don't end up with an empty list.
When do filters apply?
- On a computer: automatically, shortly after your last click. While we wait, you'll see Pending changes...
- On mobile: tick what you want and tap Apply filters at the bottom.
How do I remove a filter?
Each active filter shows up as a tag above the results. Tap the × on a tag to remove it. With two or more filters on, tap Clear all to start fresh.
If your filters are too strict and nothing comes up, loosen one or two (e.g. rating or distance) or try different dates.
Sorting: what order do I see packages in?
- Recommended (default): the most popular options on our platform.
- Price: low to high or high to low. On a computer, tap the tab again to flip the direction.
- Distance from center: closest to the centre first.
- Distance from a place: type a landmark, e.g. a museum or a stadium, and see the stays nearest to it first. Each card shows how many km away it is. Tap Clear to go back to distance from the centre.
Search on the map
Want to stay in a particular neighbourhood? Open the map, move to the area you like and tap Search this area. You'll see only stays there. Tap Whole destination to go back to all results.
Keep or share your search
Filters and sorting are saved in the page link. If you refresh or send the link to your friends, the same search opens with the same filters.
