Will I stay in the room I see in the photos?
The photos on the package page are always indicative of the room type and the overall style of the property. The exact room you stay in depends on the room category you chose when booking.
What that means in practice
- If the room category (for example Standard Double, Superior, Sea View) is the one you booked, you will stay in a room of that category, with similar features.
- The photos may show an example room from the category, not the exact room you will be given.
Why does this happen?
- Hotels have many rooms in the same category, with small differences in layout, view or decor.
- The official photos they give us present each room type in general terms.
Important
- If the room description mentions a specific feature (sea view or balcony, for example), then that feature applies.
- If something is not mentioned in the description, we cannot guarantee it.
If you have a particular preference, you can always ask us through Manage Booking and we will try to pass it on to the hotel.
