How do I change traveller details?

It depends on what exactly you want to change. Some details are corrected easily, while a name change applies to the whole package and is usually not allowed.

1. Small corrections to a name

Spelling mistakes, or a difference of one or two letters, can be fixed in most cases, though usually for a fee. How much depends heavily on the case.

2. Details that do not affect the tickets

These are updated without much restriction:

• Contact email and phone number
• Date of birth
• Passport or ID number, as long as the name stays the same

3. A name change, meaning a different person

This is not a correction: it counts as a name change, and it is not possible on a booked package.
