When you get your tickets and boarding passes depends on when the airline opens check-in.

When do I receive my tickets?

E-tickets are issued shortly after your booking is complete. Once issued:

• We email them to you
• They appear in Manage Booking

When do I receive my boarding passes?

Boarding passes are issued as soon as the airline's check-in opens, usually:

• 24 to 48 hours before the flight, depending on each airline's policy.

If we do the check-in for you:

• We issue the boarding passes within the first hours of check-in opening
• We try to seat you next to each other at no cost where that is possible
• We email them to you automatically, and you will find them in Manage Booking

If you do it yourself:

• You can check in directly on the airline's site or app once check-in opens
• And download your boarding passes from there

Important

• Airlines do not allow a boarding pass to be issued before check-in officially opens.
