What is regotravel.com and why is it emailing me?
regotravel.com is the official communications domain of ReGo Travel. It is used for email only, not as a booking site. Our website is rego.gr, which also runs on rego.travel.
If you received an email from an @regotravel.com address, it came from us: because you made a booking, subscribed to the newsletter, or because of activity on your account.
What we send from this domain
- Travel newsletter with deals and trip ideas
- Booking confirmations and travel documents
- Travel reminders before departure
- Account notifications
- Product updates about new features
How you know an email is genuine
Every message leaving regotravel.com is authenticated:
- SPF: PASS
- DKIM: PASS
- DMARC: PASS
- TLS: encryption enforced
In practice that means email clients (Gmail, Outlook and the rest) can verify the sender really is us, and that the message travels encrypted.
✅ Links in our emails always lead to rego.gr or rego.travel. If a link takes you somewhere else, do not open it.
✅ We never ask by email for your password, full card details or one time codes.
✅ We never ask you to transfer money to a personal account. Payments happen only on rego.gr or rego.travel.
If something looks suspicious, do not reply to the message. Let us know from the contact page and we will check it.
Consent and unsubscribing
We send marketing email only to people who explicitly opted in, in line with GDPR. Every newsletter carries an unsubscribe link at the bottom: one click stops it, and the emails about your bookings are not affected.
