How do I earn XP?

XP (Experience Points) are experience points you build up through your activity on ReGo, and they are used only to raise your loyalty level. They cannot be redeemed and have no monetary value. They exist purely for levels and perks.

1. You earn XP when you book

Every time you complete a trip with ReGo, XP is added to your account. How much XP you earn per booking depends on the loyalty system and is shown in your account.

2. Extra XP from small "missions"

From time to time there may be ways to earn extra XP, such as:

• Completing your profile
• Taking part in special campaigns
• Other activities that appear in your account

If a "mission" is available, you will see a banner in your profile guiding you through it.

3. What is XP for?

XP is used to:

• Move up a level in the loyalty programme
• Unlock perks at each level (where available)

XP cannot be redeemed and has no direct effect on the price of a package.

Important

• XP is completely separate from Bonus Points.
• Bonus Points: you can redeem these.
• XP: this raises your loyalty level.

Everything that applies to your XP is always shown in your profile, under Account, then XP & Levels.
