I forgot my password. What do I do?

If you cannot remember your password, you can reset it easily in a few seconds.

1. Go to the sign-in page

Tap "Sign in" and then choose "Forgot password".

2. Enter your email

We will send you an email with a link to create a new password.

• If you cannot see it, check Spam / Junk
• If you have several email addresses, make sure you use the one you registered with

3. Create a new password

Tap the link in the email and set a new, secure password. After that you can sign in as usual.

Important

• The reset link expires after a while. If it has expired, request a new one.
• If no email arrives, or you cannot remember the right account email, contact us and we will help.
