Where do I see the cancellation policy before I book?
The rule is simple: our packages are non-refundable.
The only exception is when a flexible option is shown and you select it. Where one exists, it appears at the moment you choose, with its own cancellation rules.
1. Before you choose
Everything is booked as one package. Flights and stay do not carry separate rules and no part of the package is cancelled on its own: the policy applies to the whole of it.
While you choose, what applies to the package is shown:
- Flexible option: the rules you see there apply, with their own deadline and charges
- No flexible option: a non-refundable package, no money back from the moment you pay
Not every package supports a flexible option. If it is not shown, it is not available for that trip.
2. Before you pay
On the last step, the booking terms state plainly that the entire package (stay, flights, services) is non-refundable from the moment of purchase, unless you selected a flexible option.
3. After you book
The policy that applied at the time of purchase is the one that binds. You will find it in your confirmation email and in Manage Booking.
Important
- If you did not select a flexible option, treat the booking as non-refundable.
- A flexible option carries its own rules and deadlines. What you saw when you selected it is what applies.
- Changing dates or names is not a cancellation: see how to cancel and what happens in case of illness or an emergency.
