How do I search, step by step?

On ReGo Travel you find flight + stay packages with a single search. The search bar has 4 fields:

Departure · Destination · Dates · Guests

All 4 are needed to run a search. If one is missing, you'll see it outlined in red.

On mobile, tap the "Where to?" bar and the form slides up from the bottom. Each field opens its own panel.

1. Departure

Pick where you're flying from: Athens (ATH) or Thessaloniki (SKG). We remember your choice, so next time it's already filled in.

2. Destination

Type the city you want to visit. Typos are fine, and so is typing in Greek: we'll find it. Before you type, you'll see the most popular destinations.

You have three options:

• A city (e.g. Paris): you see every package for that city.
• A country (e.g. Italy): shows up as soon as you start typing. You get one card per destination in that country, cheapest first.
• Anywhere: not sure where to go? We show you the best prices across all destinations for your dates.

Destinations with a direct flight from your departure city are at the top of the list. The ones without a direct flight are faded out and can't be picked from that departure.

3. Dates

Tap the Dates field. At the top you'll see three tabs:

• Exact dates
• Flexible dates
• Date range

Pick the one that fits your plans.

A. I know exactly when I'm going: Exact dates

1. Choose the Exact dates tab.
2. Tap your departure day.
3. Tap your return day. The calendar closes by itself.

Greyed-out days have no direct flight to your destination, so you can't pick them. Once you choose a departure day, only days with a return flight stay open.

Perfect if you've already booked time off on specific days.

B. I'm flexible: Flexible dates

This is the default and the fastest way to find the lowest prices. You tell us how many nights you want to stay, and we find the cheapest dates.

Step 1: Pick how many nights

• Weekend: fly out Saturday, back Sunday
• Fri/Sat/Sun: fly out Friday, back Sunday
• 2 nights
• 3 nights
• 4 nights
• 5-6 nights
• 7-10 nights
• 11-14 nights

Step 2: Pick when you want to go

• Any Time: we search roughly a year ahead and show you the best prices. The most flexible option.
• Specific months: pick from 1 up to 3 months in a row (e.g. Dec, Jan, Feb). The months have to be consecutive. If you tap a month that isn't next to the others, the selection starts over.

Example: 3 nights, December to January means "find me the cheapest 3-night trip within those two months".

If a month or a trip length is greyed out, there are no flights to your destination in that period.

C. I can travel within a window: Date range

Great if, say, you're free from 1 to 20 December and want 3 nights somewhere in there.

1. Choose the Date range tab.
2. Pick how many nights you want (from 2 nights up to 11-14 nights).
3. On the calendar, tap the first and the last day you can travel.

The whole trip, out and back, will fall inside the window you picked. We show you the best prices for every possible date combination within it.

When you're done, tap Apply (on mobile, Continue with...).

4. Guests and rooms

By default the search is for 1 room with 2 adults. To change it, tap the Guests field:

• Adults (12+): tap + or −. Every room needs at least 1 adult.
• Children: tap Add a child and pick an age. For babies, choose Infant, 0-11 months or Infant, 12-23 months. For older kids, from 2 to 11 years old. The right age matters, because flight and stay prices depend on it. To remove a child, tap the × next to them.
• Rooms: travelling with friends or family and want separate rooms? Tap Add a room (up to 3 rooms) and set the guests for each one. Tap Remove to drop a room.

You can search for up to 9 people in total. For bigger groups, get in touch with us.

5. Hit search

Tap the orange search button. In a few seconds you'll see flight + stay packages with the price per person and, if there's more than one of you, the total too.

If you searched with flexible dates or a date range, each stay shows its cheapest dates. Tap Other dates on the card to see more dates for the same stay, with their prices.

6. I want to change my search

On the results page, tap the orange bar at the top showing your route, dates and guests. The form opens again with everything filled in. Change whatever you like (dates, nights, guests or destination) and search again.

No results? Tap Change dates or destination and try more flexible dates or a different trip length.

Quick tips

• Want the lowest price? Start with Flexible dates + Any Time.
• Got time off in a set window? Date range finds the cheapest trip inside it.
• No idea where to go? Pick Anywhere and let the prices decide.
